The Farm Innovators Digital Circulated Air Incubator with Automatic Egg Turner is easy to use and can accommodate up to 41 eggs. The Incite heater warms to a factory pre-set temperature of 100°F within minutes. An integrated fan pulls in and circulates fresh air to stabilize temperature and improve hatch. An easy to read digital display shows temperature, humidity, and days to hatch (days-to-hatch countdown timer is adjustable for a variety of eggs). The automatic egg turner turns the eggs completely every four hours to eliminate manual handling and improve hatch rate. Egg turner comes with 41 large egg cups; optional small quail egg trays are sold separately. The high/low temperature notification light flashes when temperature is below 97°F or above 103°F. A large picture window provides a 360° unobstructed view inside the incubator, great for educational observation. The deep bottom tray accommodates even large duck and goose eggs. Incubators are an essential part of hatching season. They create the optimum environment for the eggs and embryos to grow and develop to the best level that they can, and in many cases can produce a much better hatching rate than leaving the incubation to the hens in the coop, as the incubator will keep the environment as consistent and nurturing as possible.

How to incubate:
1. Add water into the base, to maintain 50%~60% humidity make sure there is a minimum of a quarter cup of water in the base. (Add once every 1~2 day to maintain water level throughout incubation process)
2. Insert the base tray first then the turner next.
3. Adjust the dividers on the black egg turner bracket and place it on the turner tray between the two rails with the eggs.
4. Close the top of the incubator while ensuring the egg turner rod is aligned with the egg turner channel. Turn on and set temperature, Count the days of incubation.
5. Remove the turner bracket and tray about 3 days before hatching to give the chicks headroom to walk around. It is recommended to decrease set temperature and raise humidity (add more water) once the eggs hatch.

The tried-and-true way to incubate and hatch eggs, with updated digital technology. Durable styrofoam retains warmth, generated by a gentle heating element controlled by a highly dependable, digital control board. The LCD display with LED light shows accurate temperature and humidity readings instantly. The self-regulating control board adjusts the temperature to suit varying environments. The built-in digital hydrometer and moisture channels help maintain humidity, a key factor in egg health.

This incubator functions as a refrigerator or warm incubator by means of a thermoelectric (Peltier) system. Two removable shelves creates 3 platforms. The desired temperature is set on the digital LED display, and the incubator immediately starts heating or cooling, while accurately monitoring the temperature inside and displaying it on the LED panel. NOTE: There is a temperature gradient inside the unit, but the temperature is stable within each shelf.

HEATING

The mini incubator can heat samples up to 65°C while using only 46W at 110V. A temperature gradient is present inside the chamber: the temperature at the top shelf is higher than on the bottom shelf. Within each shelf, the temperature only fluctuates by 0.5°C.

COOLING

The mini incubator is able to cool down ~23°C below ambient temperature, using only 54W at 110V. While technically able to be set to -18°C, at normal room temperature it will go down to -3°C. Again, a temperature gradient is present between the top and the bottom, but within each shelf, the temperature fluctuates by only 0.5°C

SMALL FOOTPRINT

With a small footprint of 8 in x 11 in x 12 in, this mini incubator will not take valuable space while having a 5L (6x6x10 in) chamber volume.
